Keep household records, renewal dates, useful links, and tasks together. Use the board to organize ideas, work in progress, and completed tasks, with comments and assignments for people and connected agents.

Your Google connection

Even uses Google sign-in and asks for read access to Calendar and Drive. Choose calendars and Drive folders to view in Even. Calendar events help the household plan; selected Drive files can be indexed with their names, links, and household notes. Original files and events stay in Google.

Google authorization can cover more data than the sources you select inside Even. The privacy policy explains the access and storage involved.

You choose who can help

Access is limited to accounts approved by the household owner. Each connected agent has a separate identity and an owner-controlled grant. Choose its permissions, review proposed changes, and revoke access in Settings.
